Letícia D. Pessoa Steppe is an attorney licensed to practice law in Brazil for over a decade. She holds a Master of Laws degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, where she also completed a postgraduate degree (Specialization) in State Law.
Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público. Throughout her career, Mrs. Steppe has gained extensive experience in various areas of law, having worked most of the time in a boutique law firm co-founded by her.
Driven by a keen interest in international law, she joined Rossi de Lima, where she works in immigration, business, and international tax law. Mrs. Steppe operates directly from the Brazilian office. In 2024, Mrs. Steppe also obtained her license to practice law in California (United States), adding to her credentials. The law firm now holds licenses in Brazil, Portugal, Spain, and California, further strengthening the Rossi de Lima team. With a keen understanding of international operations, Mrs. Steppe works directly with international clients to find the most efficient
and rapid solutions.

Mr. Lima graduated from High School in Sacramento, United States and holds a degree in Law from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) in Brazil, a Master in Corporate Law from the University of Paul Cézanne Aix-Marseille III, in France, as well as a Master in Tax Management and Advising by ESADE, in Spain.
Mr. Lima’s interest in Law and devotion to his clients has led him to practice in three different jurisdictions including Brazil, Portugal and Spain. His focus and experience on international business transactions has given him an extensive understanding of tax management within a complex regulatory framework allowing him to advise clients on issues they encounter when operating outside of their home country.
Mr. Lima has been living in Europe for 10 years and has participated in numerous gatherings of international businesses including workshops supported by Family Business Offices such as the Family Business Forum held in London.
He currently lives in Spain; however, he has lived in France, Portugal and the United States.
